November Celebrations

Annamarie Joanie's Baptism
Is was a wonderful occasion. Fr. Rick (who married us and also baptized Grandpa Mack) baptized our sweetheart which was truly special.Above: The Godmothers getting Annamarie dressed in her gown. My mother made it - it was beautiful, with this gorgeous cross lace. Her hat was mine from my baptism. Above: Godparents Aunt Rhonda & Uncle Ben
Below: Godparents Uncle Zan & Aunt Janna

My mom made a delicious feast which was devoured in minutes because we had to keep an eye on these rascals! The four little boys get such a kick out of one another but it is crazy. Below they are pretending the chair is Noah's Ark as Camden told the story and they all rushed to jump aboard and save each other. Such a sight.Between that and legos, ring-around-the-rosie, and storytime, Tyler and Carter were EXHAUSTED- but not before tackling their cousins one last time!Aunt Kylie caught Cousin Elena sitting with Annamarie. It was incredibly cute. . . but even made us realize how much more fun that in just a year or two they will be like the boys in a back room playing together.they were a bit unsure of each other at first:

Above: My mom made these fabulous "Turkey Cake Pops" which were a huge hit (the picture doesn't do justice but it does have Cousin Luke in the background- we missed him and Brinn!) . Almost as popular- the hot chocolate she gave the boys at the end of the night- Carter drank every last drop . . .
Below: Tyler with his Godmother Aunt Kylie. . . although just two, he still understands she is someone very special in his life cause every time we see them, he loves to sit and cuddle with her.
Annamarie's Half Birthday

6 months old already?! Gigi & Popi and Zan & Janna came over for dinner and cupcakes. Tyler & Carter loved singing "Happy Half-Birthday" all day long. AND blowing out her candles (the only reason why we had a candle!).Above: Wearing another outfit Gigi saved as mine. It's very fun that she has some hand-me-downs from way back when . . . look at those fantastic legs!!

Other than that . . .
They are seriously hysterical. Watching TV this morning I look over. . . a huge couch and Carter is on Tyler's lap. That would typically cause a tackling war, but they were both so content. I very carefully took the picture so not to disturb the peaceful moment- and I don't mean just for them :)Above: Annamarie got her hands on a dinosaur and would not give it up- already a tomboy. . .

Pumpkin Pictures

From the Pumpkin Patch to Halloween, we have had a fun-filled-fall!

The boys loved the patch all fall long. I took them to "the farm" up the street many mornings to get our vegetables, play in the hay, and visit the animals. (Tyler in turquoise/Carter in orange)

Below: Carter
But we saved the big trip to be with Daddy and they were so excited for the long-awaited "Tractor Ride" . . . (Tyler in turquoise/Carter in orange)Below: Chucking Apples- then Carter sneaking one for himselfWe had originally bought a tiger and MONKEY costume- but in normal "Tyler and Carter Fashion" they had to be the same thing, no matter how cool we tried to make the costume monkey seem.
The boys made the rounds on Halloween. First off was Nana's. . .then Grandma's . . .then Gigi and Popi's for trick-or-treating. "Go trick-or-treating" was the request for days after that. They had so much fun. Every house they wanted to go inside and check out the decorations. . .

They dragged their bags behind them on the ground- too much candy! It was very funny cause the thought it was just great to have a bag-o-candy as a pull toy.
Travis' impressive creations + my jack-o-lanterns:More fun pics:

Annamarie- always so happy:
Aunt Rhonda said last night "You guys really won the lottery" - She is so right- Anna is simply amazing.Joining us and sitting in her high chair for the first time
She can sit up all alone!
First Solids!A crying baby should NEVER be cute- except when they NEVER cryBedtime: The boys love to get a ride from the big dinosaur (Daddy) to bed.The Duck Pond: The boys get a kick out of ducks- but the bread ended up in some other hungry bellies. You would think I starved them but I just think they thought it was cool to eat what the ducks were eating.Below: TylerTyler and the Caterpillar: he found it at the park and just laughed at it kept crawling up to his face. He wanted to hold it over and over again. Carter wouldn't touch it- he was terrified!Painting together at a Birthday Party: They really are inseparable now and will always notice when the other is missing and ask out of concern. I used to think that it was more of a competitive thing (what is my brother into that I want?) but now they are officially best buddies. (Also Below: Carter trying to give Tyler a hug)
